My brother "Henry"!

Meet " Henry " - my new brother!

You know I'm always saying how we hounds LOVE company? Well...finally everyone listened to me and decided that ....now I'm nearly three years old and quite grown up(!!??) it would be the right time for me to have my very own fauve brother!

Four weeks ago, Mum and dad went to visit Liz and Bruce in Wiltshire (my first ever family) and Great Aunt Clementine, who'd had six beautiful puppies four weeks earlier.They didn't take me,as they said there would be too much "puppy gazing" going on and I'd be too giddy - as if!!

Of course, they fell in love with them all,but aunty Liz and uncle Bruce helped mum and dad choose my brother/second cousin!

They went back last Sunday to get to know the puppies a bit more and enjoy extra puppy cuddles - -

When they got back they told me all about Henry!

He's coming to live with us in THREE weeks!(March 4th)

Will I be ready?Where will he sleep? Will he want to eat my food?

I promise to try and answer all these questions AND to post LOTS of photos of the two of us (might need to ask mum to help out !) and tell you all about our first meeting.

Must go now and check out all the old toys which I'm going to let Henry have ...well...maybe!!

Hi blogger friends!

This is just a quick post -more to follow in three weeks - I just had to tell you all my exciting news (-paws to catch my breath!) I'M GOING TO HAVE A BROTHER!!!!

Can you believe it? For two years I've been hoping that I'd have another fauve to live with...and...it's finally going to happen! Yeah!!

Happy New Year!

I know it's hard to believe - but I'm back!!
Happy New Year to anyone (and there probably IS only one someone!) dog or human person, reading this page!
I know it's been too long since I blogged (and you all know who's to blame for that,don't you?? )
but a certain someone has just found the password they needed to help me re-start my "fauve-diary"- ( she's now been forgiven....)

I'm going to try really hard to let my mum know when I want to use the com-poo-ter from now on,then I can tell you all about what's been happening in the life of this 2 (soon to be three!!)year old fauve! (me!!)

Give me some time to get my paws around remembering how to post pics and I'll be back as quick as a woof and a lick!! xx Harvey

I'm back!!

Hi everyone!Remember me? I'm SO, SO sorry that I haven't blogged since last year!
If anyone reading this can be bothered to read on, then I promise to try and keep myself floating in cyber-space from now on!
Of course, you know I'm going to blame my mum for not letting me post - well,if the truth be known,she always had help from my uncles, Sam and Tom.Now they don't live at home anymore :( mum couldn't remember my password etc- SO-OO -you guessed it!....NO posts!!
I- being the great scent hound that I am -( but not wanting to brag!) found the book with everything written down, so now there's no excuse!!

Where did the time go? I'm now 2 years old and a fully grown fauve at last. My parents still think I'm the best dog EVER- I guess that's because I haven't disgraced myself much over the last 8 months - well, that's if you don't count the time I stole a chicken drumstick from the table at my dad's 60th party AND the time I rolled in fox poop 'cause it smelt SO good and ... and ... I won't enbarrass myself by going on...ANYWAY...I'm back and I promise to post regularly from now on.( Mum says to apologise for lack of photos, but she's working on that for next week!)
